Pre-made packages are ready-to-book available on the website, that can be directly booked online. We can tweak them a bit too if you like.

On the other hand, our customisable itinerary is unique and interactive. It is an idea backed by common code – freedom to choose and make your travel happen. We have always believed that a traveller would know about his travel style and idea well before any travel consultant. And, it is true that there are so many ways to be brave in this world. So, we introduced a one-of-its-kind interactive itinerary builder where right from choosing the accommodation, cuisine to tours and also, experiences, you choose everything for yourself from a plethora of options that we provide. Once you create the itinerary and submit it to us, our travel advisors will get back to you within 48 hours.

There are 22 major languages in India and over 720 dialects. Don’t worry! English is widely spoken and understood in the country. So, you don’t have to break a sweat regarding language. It’s always handy if you learn a word or two in Hindi during your trip. We have read somewhere that you live a completely new life when you speak a different language.

India is a land of gastronomical delights and world famous for its spices & variety. However, we strongly advise our fellow travellers especially if you are visiting from abroad, to refrain from eating from any street vendor to avoid getting sick. We have planned out your food & beverages. Beware, not everything on the street is hygienic.

We wish for a world without borders. However, at present, you are required to hold a passport that is valid for a minimum period of 6 months if you are planning a trip to India. Similarly, you need a visa in advance of travel, that usually takes a minimum of 30 days. Our travel consultants will guide you through the process and give you all the adequate information.

At TDI, we believe that good health and good sense are life’s greatest blessings. When you are visiting India, even though there are no compulsory vaccinations required but we would still recommend that you need to protect yourself at all times. Consult your doctor before your trip and take advice if need be at all. For example, if you are visiting Ladakh, we advise you to consult your doctor before because it is located on a high altitude area and people experience respiratory issues.

Remember that song, “Everywhere you go, you always take the weather with you”. So, take a jovial you along. India is vast and complex when it comes to weather, each geographical location is different. Overall, while October to April marks the best time to visit India as the country experiences Autumn, Winter and Spring; between mid-May and the end of August marks the monsoon season. Our travel advisors will be able to give you correct information on the weather scenes in various locations of the country at the time of booking or choosing your trip. We have every season on the planet and you are free to choose.

Prevention is better than cure. So, we strongly recommend our travellers to carry mosquito repellant, sunscreens, and pollution mask during your India tour.

Depending on the season, we advise our travellers on the things that they would need to carry. If you are travelling during the summer season, cotton clothes and open sandals are a must for if you want to keep cool. Pair it up with sunglasses, apply good SPF sunscreen and a hat for it will protect you from getting sunburnt or a heat stroke. Likewise, if you are visiting India during the winter season, keep light sweater, jacket and a shawl. If you are planning to visit the mountains, you need to carry sufficient warm clothes plus comfortable walking shoes.

As a token of respect, all travellers are advised to follow the respective religious customs while visiting any temple or mausoleum in India. For example, while visiting Sikh Pilgrimage sites, you are required to cover your head, while leather bags, shoes and belts are not allowed in Jain temples.

This depends entirely on your discretion. From luggage porters, at the hotel to sightseeing guides and drivers, you can pay as much as you like at the end of their services. However, it is not necessary.

Take note that there are no restrictions on the amount that you can carry to India. However, you will be required to fill a declaration form when you arrive at the airport. If you are carrying not more than the US $10,000 or equivalent, you don’t need to fill up any form. For your safety concerns, we would advise you to get your money changed through authorised banks and hotels. All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels and restaurants and government shops.

If you could dream well and vivid, you can photograph well. This country will open a different reality. Carry a camera at all times. However, there are some places that restrict the use of the camera. Other places, charge extra for camera, tripods and other photography equipment. You will be informed well before. Just let us know in advance if you are carrying any equipment because some places you need approval.
