DELHI
Namaskar! This is your first day in India. Relax and have a good day at leisure. As Lao tau said, “The 
journey of a thousand miles begins with one step,” so, take good rest so that you can appreciate the beauty of your India travel experiences that you about to embark upon. DELHI
‘Yeh dilli hai meri jaan’ Kickstart your day with an early morning cycling through the narrow and wide alleyways of Delhi and devour a hearty breakfast at Karim’s. They specialise in Mutton Nihari (smooth flour based stew with slow-cooked mutton in a myriad of spices) or an authentic Indian breakfast. Later in the day, you will see Qutub Minar – the tallest minaret, Lotus Temple – the notable flower-like shape and Iskon temple for its sheer stillness in the atmosphere. End your evening dining at the one of the world’s best restaurant – ITC Bukhara. Did you know US presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have also dined here?

VARANASI
This is your first day in Varanasi and we will do as the ‘romans do in Rome’. Dress like them priests in dhotis & kurta of silken cream colour and watch the Evening Ganga Aarti. The whole affair is a well-choreographed synchronisation of the chantings of prayers, burning of incense sticks, large brass lamps with snake hood and ringing of bells. It is one of the most hypnotic events that takes place every evening at the Dashashwamedh Ghat.

VARANASI
We will start our tour with a sunrise boat ride in the Ganga and a visit to the many notable temples & ghats in Varanasi. Indulge in many folklores from the locals and the priests and soak in the daily life in Varanasi – the place where life & death collides. For an unusual experience, we have arranged a private dining experience for you at one of the ghats the where you can mix with the aura of magic and romance in the holy city of Varanasi.

We will drive in a private car from Agra to Jaipur and visit Fatehpur Sikri Enroute – a magnificent fort city and an Islamic masterpiece. According to the stories, Akbar visited to consult the Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chishti. Chishti predicted the birth of an heir to the Mughal throne. It is said that when the prophecy came true, he made Fatehpur Sikri, his capital and built one of the largest mosques in India – the Jama Masjid. Rest of the day is at leisure. Soak in the luxury at the former residence of Maharaja of Jaipur – The Taj Rambagh Palace.

The temple is swarming with holy rats that are considered to be reincarnations of Karni Mata that lived in the 14th century who is believed to be an incarnation of Durga. You take off thou shoes here before entering the temple and see if a rat runs across your feet. It is considered gracious.

For some quiet time, we will visit the monumental marvel ISKON Temple. Gather positivity, or maybe check out ‘Heaven on Earth’ a spacious library that has an extensive collection of the book and multi-media. Relish their only-vegetarian buffet and head out for an evening at Marine Drive. Take a walk, sit around, cycle or drive through the Queen’s Necklace from Nariman Point to Chowpatty beach and see how lights glow in a perfect arc.

MUMBAI
Believe us that you would definitely need Vitamin Sea on the last day of your trip that will end in Mumbai. We will start the voyage from our one hour journey from Gateway of India in a boat to the Elephanta Island, climb up the 120 steps to reach the world-famous rock-cut sculptures known as Elephanta Caves. Come back, bewitched by the majestic Gateway of India experience walking or cycling and as we said before, this last day is going to be all about taking in Vitamin Sea. Later we will hop on one of the finest evening cruises in a private yacht on the Arabian Sea.
